Grant
DennTech Trading Solutions grants a non-exclusive, lifetime license to use the DennTech desktop application you purchased.
The Elite user manual states each license allows activation on one machine at a time, and the key is validated against a license server at activation. Whether that one-machine rule applies to Retro and Themed as well is unpublished.
The site claims lifetime updates. This page does not invent a years-of-updates cap. Public history belongs on /changelog.
What you are not buying
- Not a profit guarantee. FAQ: the bot cannot guarantee profits.
- Not financial advice. Waiver: DennTech Trading Solutions is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial professional.
- Not a cloud-hosted bot. The licensed copy runs on your Windows PC. The live demo VPS is DennTech’s instance, not your license.
- Not open source. You may inspect local settings, JSON, CSS, and logs. Strategy source is not published.
Your obligations
The waiver says you are responsible for trading activity, funds on the exchange, API-key setup, risk settings, monitoring the bot, and legal/tax/exchange-rule compliance. A local bot needs the machine on and connected. Stop Trading does not cancel orders already submitted to the exchange.
Transfer
Transfer, resale, and multi-seat use are unpublished. The Elite manual tells users to contact support to move a license to a new machine; that is not a published resale right.
Checkout and refunds
Purchases go through PayPal. Refunds: /refund.
Governing law: United States, same as the waiver. Venue is the jurisdiction of DennTech’s choosing and is not named. Imprint: /legal.
