IMPORTANT: THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING WAIVER. BY PURCHASING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING,
LAUNCHING, OR USING THE DENNTECH CRYPTO TRADING BOT SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, YOU
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND FULLY AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THIS
LIABILITY WAIVER AND DISCLAIMER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USE AND
DELETE THE SOFTWARE.
DennTech Trading Solutions, its owners, developers, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents,
contractors, successors, and any associated parties (collectively referred to as “DennTech”) PROVIDE
THIS SOFTWARE STRICTLY ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR
REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND.
1. DENNTECH IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR
DennTech Trading Solutions is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial advisor, or
any other type of financial professional. The DennTech Crypto Trading Bot is a standalone automation
tool only. Nothing in the software, documentation, website, marketing materials, or any communication
from DennTech constitutes financial advice, trading recommendations, investment advice, or a
solicitation to buy or sell any cryptocurrency or security.
2. CRYPTO TRADING INVOLVES EXTREME RISK
You acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. You may lose
some, all, or more than your entire invested capital due to market volatility, liquidity issues, exchange
failures, regulatory changes, technical glitches, or other unforeseen events. Past performance of the bot
or any strategy is not indicative of future results. DennTech makes no guarantees, promises, or
representations regarding profitability, performance, or risk reduction.
3. COMPLETE RELEASE OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENNTECH TRADING SOLUTIONS AND ALL
ASSOCIATED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED
WITH YOUR USE OF THE DENNTECH CRYPTO TRADING BOT. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
• Any loss of funds, capital, profits, or cryptocurrency
• Account liquidation, margin calls, or forced closures on any exchange
• Losses caused by strategy execution, accumulation engine, Unified Sell Anchor, stop-losses, or any
trading logic
• API key misuse, exchange downtime, API rate limits, or connectivity failures
• Software bugs, errors, crashes, or unexpected behavior
• Any financial, emotional, or reputational harm
• Any damages resulting from your own trading decisions, risk settings, or manual overrides
4. SOLE RESPONSIBILITY RESTS WITH YOU
You are solely and entirely responsible for:
• All trading activity performed by the bot
• All funds and assets held in your exchange accounts
• Proper configuration of API keys, risk management settings, trade amounts, stop-losses, and strategies
• Monitoring the bot and intervening immediately if any issue arises
• Compliance with all applicable laws, tax obligations, and exchange terms of service
5. NO HOLDS BARRED – FULL INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DennTech Trading Solutions and all
associated parties from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the software, regardless of
whether such claims are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
This waiver survives any termination of your use of the software.
6. PURCHASE AND DOWNLOAD ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing any purchase, downloading the software, or using it, you explicitly acknowledge that you
are doing so with full knowledge of the risks involved and that you voluntarily assume all risk. You
confirm that DennTech bears zero liability for any outcome whatsoever.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws
principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction of
DennTech’s choosing.
BY PURCHASING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS
ENTIRE WAIVER, UNDERSTAND IT COMPLETELY, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT. IF YOU DO NOT
AGREE, DO NOT PURCHASE, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
