Rule

No refunds after a license key or installer / download is issued. This is a digital goods license. Once the key or the binary has been delivered, the sale is final.

If a key or download was not issued

Email denntech@cryptotradebot.info from the PayPal-payer address. Include the PayPal transaction ID and say whether a key or download was delivered.

If a key or installer was already issued, the answer is no.
