Elite Version 5.1 – Core Signals
DennTech Elite Version 5.1 is the foundation build of the Elite series, delivering five universally applicable technical signal strategies in the Elite execution platform. The Elite series represents the most advanced version of the DennTech bot, featuring improved signal accuracy, tighter execution latency, and a rebuilt strategy engine compared to the Retro and Themed series.
Included Strategies
MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence)
Detects trend momentum shifts via MACD line and signal line crossovers. The Elite MACD module includes a divergence scanner that identifies cases where price and the MACD indicator are moving in opposite directions — a powerful leading indicator of impending reversals that standard MACD implementations miss.
RSI (Relative Strength Index)
Configurable RSI period, overbought, and oversold levels. The Elite implementation adds an RSI divergence detector as a secondary signal confirmation layer for higher-probability entries.
EMA Spread
Measures the distance between a fast and slow exponential moving average. Entry signals are generated when the spread exceeds a configurable threshold indicating a trend is forming. Exits occur when the spread contracts back, signalling trend exhaustion.
MACD Histogram
Trades the MACD histogram bars directly — entering long when histogram bars begin growing above the zero line and short when they begin growing below it. Faster and more responsive than standard MACD line crossovers for early trend detection.
SMA Cross
Classic simple moving average crossover strategy. When the fast SMA crosses above the slow SMA, a bullish entry signal is generated. When it crosses below, a bearish signal is generated. Simple, robust, and consistently effective on higher timeframes as a trend confirmation tool.
Supported Exchanges
Kraken, Binance.US, and Gemini.
Why Core Signals Is the Foundation of the Elite Series
Elite Build 1 — Core Signals — contains the five indicator-driven strategies that form the analytical backbone of the full Elite engine. Each strategy isolates a different market signal: MACD captures momentum shifts, RSI measures exhaustion, EMA Spread detects trend strength, MACD Histogram tracks acceleration, and SMA Cross confirms direction changes. Running them together creates a multi-layered confirmation system with a lower false-positive rate than any single strategy.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Elite engine differ from the Retro engine?
The Elite execution engine includes enhanced position sizing, dynamic stop-loss adjustment and a strategy arbitration layer that prevents conflicting signals from being executed simultaneously. The Retro engine runs strategies independently without this coordination layer.
Is Core Signals suitable as a standalone build?
Yes. The five strategies in Core Signals are self-sufficient for liquid trending markets. Many users run only Core Signals and add Elite.2 or Elite.3 when they want exposure to trend/grid strategies as well.
Can I add other Elite builds to the same bot instance?
Each Elite build is a separate executable. To run multiple Elite builds, run multiple instances pointed at different pairs or use the Elite All 25 Strategies build which includes all builds in one.
